Agreement

By installing or using Media Saver Lite or Media Saver Pro (together, "Media Saver"), provided by PYS DEV (Plain Yogurt Smoothie Dev), you agree to these terms.

Permitted use

Media Saver is intended only for saving content that you own or have the right to download, such as your own uploads, licensed material or openly licensed media. You are solely responsible for complying with the terms of the websites you visit and with applicable copyright and other laws.

What Media Saver does not do

Media Saver does not support YouTube and does not circumvent DRM or other technical protection measures. You agree not to use it, or attempt to modify it, for those purposes.

Licenses

Lite is provided free of charge. Pro features require a license key purchased through Lemon Squeezy, either as a monthly or yearly subscription or as a one-time lifetime license. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled and can be cancelled anytime through Lemon Squeezy; access continues until the end of the paid period. Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy: lifetime licenses are refundable within 14 days, minus non-refundable payment and refund processing fees; subscription refunds within 14 days of a payment are prorated, deducting the daily rate for each started day of use (minimum one day) and, separately, non-refundable processing fees. Where mandatory local consumer law, such as EU or UK withdrawal rights, requires otherwise, it prevails. If you disable error-log collection and submission, we may be unable to verify technical issues. In that case, refund requests based on product defects may be handled under the standard refund terms (day deduction for subscriptions and non-refundable processing fees) rather than as a defect refund. Mandatory local consumer rights still apply. If a refund is issued (including a refund required by local consumer law) or a chargeback is filed, the associated Pro license is permanently revoked. In cases of abusive refund requests or unjustified chargebacks, we may refuse future purchases and license issuance for that customer. The free Lite extension remains usable. A lifetime license is a one-time purchase with no recurring fee, covering Pro for as long as the product is offered. A license is personal, non-transferable and limited to the number of devices stated at purchase. You may not resell, share or circumvent license checks.

Immediate access and right of withdrawal

At checkout, you expressly request immediate access to the digital content and license, and you acknowledge that once the license is delivered or activated you lose your statutory right of withdrawal where the law allows this, for example under EU and UK rules on digital content. Under Korea's Act on Consumer Protection in Electronic Commerce, withdrawal for digital content may be limited once use has begun; the free Lite version is provided so you can try Media Saver before buying.

Media Saver is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Websites change frequently, and we do not guarantee that any particular site or stream can be saved. To the maximum extent permitted by law, PYS DEV is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of Media Saver.
